INFORMATION WE COLLECT
As a client of Excelcia Financial Group, you will share your nonpublic personal and financial information with us. We understand you are entrusting us to protect this information. We collect only the information necessary to provide you with the investment advisory services for which you hired us. This information is only shared with select business partners associated with the delivery of our products and services. These companies are not authorized to use or share the information for any purpose other than to help us serve you. Excelcia Financial Group may also gather information about clients during the normal course of its business from various forms or other applications, or from transactions clients conduct with Excelcia Financial Group and/or its affiliates, or that Excelcia Financial Group may place on clients’ behalf. Excelcia Financial Group collects and uses this information in order to ensure that it offers the highest quality of services and products to its clients.

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
All non-public information that we receive regarding our clients or former clients is held in the strictest confidence in accordance with our professional obligations, and is not released to people outside Excelcia Financial Group except with the client’s consent, as otherwise set forth herein or as required by law. We may disclose some or all of the information we collect, as described above, to certain nonaffiliated third parties such as attorneys, accountants, auditors and persons or entities who assist us in our business or who are assessing our compliance with industry standards and SEC Regulations. We may also disclose information to regulators or other governmental entities as permitted or required by law.

With your discretion, we may share certain information with related or affiliated entities or third parties who assist us with providing our services. These include but are not limited to specified family members and a client’s related and affiliated entities and other firms such as accountants, lawyers, financial institutions and bill pay and electronic storage service providers, subject to the obligation of all such third parties not to use or disclose such information for any other purpose.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
While no company can guarantee the security of your information; we take the necessary steps to protect your information from any unauthorized access, including administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that are designed to protect your non-public information. In the likelihood a client’s non-public information is shared or reviewed by a nonaffiliated third party, Excelcia Financial Group will review that nonaffiliated third party’s privacy policies to insure such policies prohibit such third parties from disclosing or using the information other than to carry out the purposes for which we may disclose the information.

In the event that our policies change, Excelcia Financial Group will provide all of our clients with a sufficient amount of time to opt out of any disclosure provisions. Excelcia Financial Group will also provide a copy of its annual privacy notice to all clients upon inception of our investment advisory services.
